Twilight as a lifesaver

According to Rob Pattinson himself, Twilight saved him from an early mid-life-crisis. Before he got the role of Edward Cullen he had no idea whether he wanted to act, make music or something entirely else. He hadn’t even gone to college yet and didn’t feel like he was particularly good at anything or was ever going to reach his own goals. Twilight led the way back to acting for him. Before that, he ‘was just bumming around’ he quotes.
