Christopher Heyerdahl who will depict Marcus in New Moon talked about the shoot with Sci Fi Wire. The reason he actually took the job and got involved with the topic at all was his little niece ‘who is absolutely obsessed with this series of books’, he admits. He finds the impact the story has girls worldwide ‘amazing’. Working with the rest of the cast like micheal Sheen ‘was an absolute hoot’ in his eyes, ‘We had so much fun goofing off together’. What is also interesting is his approach to the character of Marcus, regarding his dead mate, his power-seeking fellows and the impact Edward’s and Bella’s love has on him.
